Film-maker, writer, poet and musician Richard Jobson has been confirmed as the keynote speaker for the Wide Days music industry event in Edinburgh on April 7. The Dunfermline-born Renaissance man will be interviewed about his diverse career which began in the 70s as the teenage frontman for Scottish punk band The Skids.
Jobson’s movie credits include New Town Killers, The Purifiers and 16 Years Of Alcohol, and the talk will include clips of his work, as well as news of a forthcoming, music-related film.
