The Scribbler’s Picnic – the Stirling charity music festival now in its 11th year – will take place this Sunday, June 17 with thousands expected to descend on Stirling for the event.

Stirling Rugby Club will host eight stages of music as well as a variety of food stalls, and the biggest bouncy castle in Scotland (thoiugh this may be intended for children).

Among the acts taking part are Suspire, End of Neil, Johnny and the Giros, No More Idols and Debrasco as well as a shedload of bands in various genres (and Jam, Alice Cooper and Simple Minds tribute acts to boot). The main stage lineup will be announced later this week, on the website at scribblerspicnic.co.uk.
