Just to show that it’s not just about T in the Park, Rockness 2011 has announced a set of lineup additions.

Glasvegas, The Wombats, Two Door Cinema Club, Magnetic Man, Groove Armada Presents Red Light, DJ Shadow, The Cribs, We Are Scientists, Frightened Rabbit, Example, Katy B, Simian Mobile Disco and Mark Ronson are now all scheduled to play over the weekend of 10-12 June in the village of Dores, by Inverness. Headliners previously announced are Kasabian (Friday), Chemical Brothers (Sat) and Paolo Nutini on the Sunday.

in other news, Rockness won the ‘Small festival’ category at the NME awards last weekend. Well done to all concerned.
