The official launch party for No Colour Too Strong to Paint, a charity compilation album of Edinburgh bands organised by Youngteam Records to raise money for The Sick Kids Friends Foundation and the Royal Hospital for Sick Children in Edinburgh., takes place this Saturday, 7th May.
The launch happens at Maggie’s Chamber, where there will be live performances from acts featured on the album including The OK Social Club, White Heath, Steve Heron and Frantic Chant.

At the same time there’s a ‘fringe’ gig, the third ‘Brain Storm’ event, at Sneaky Pete’s, which will also raise money for the charity and which features three more acts featured on the compilation – The Fire and I, with Scrap Brain and Acrylic iQon.

Copies of the album will be on sale at both shows. More at the Sick Kids site.
