Bobby Bluebell and Claire Grogan are among the artists who will appear at a one-day music conference, sharing the secrets of their success with an audience of upcoming artists.

The Hen Hoose Colletive, Constant Follower and multiple chart-topping songwriter/producer John McLaughlin are among the other acts who will appear alongside industry figures at Resonate 2024.

Now in its eighth year, the event will take place at Platform (formerly The Arches) in the centre of Glasgow, on Thursday November 28th.

As well as the keynote session – where McLaughlin, who has produced acts ranging from Westlife to Shane McGowan, will be in conversation with Tam Coyle – there is a variety of panels which aim to educate and inform artists of the machinations of the music industry.

Included are ‘Navigating The Highs & Lows of The Music Industry’, and ‘Glasgow City of Music – a Music Lover’s Destination’, as well as various panels on subjects as as diverse as mastering, sampling, the MU, promotion, A&R, sync deals (placement in film and TV) and theScottish Music Industry Association.

Aside from the sessions with Bobby Bluebell and Claire Grogan there are also other ‘In Conversation’s, featuring Carla J Easton and Tamara Schlesisnger of the Hen Hoose Collective, Sanjeev Maan (DJ Supermann On Da Beat), and the Help Musicians charity, as well as various 1-1 sessions.

And of course, there’s live music with showcase gigs including Forgetting The Future, Mokusla, Katie Nichol, and Rayling among those set to perform
