Glasgow Music and Film Festival has announced its programme for 2011. it’s a series of one-off events co-curated with the Arches.
Hilights include Zombie Zombie’s interpretation of the music of John Carpenter, Thomas Truax’s tribute to David Lynch, and 65daysofstatic soundtracking Silent Running.
Goblin, Davie Scott, Duglas T Stewart, Lucky Dragons and many more will also put a musical interpretation on the likes of The Wicker Man, Battleship Potemkin and The Good, the Bad and the Ugly. A variety of music documentaries will also be screened with the full programme announced along with the full Glasgow Film Festival line-up on 19 January 2011.
