Midsummer [a play with songs] is, yes, a play with songs. One of the singers is Cora Bisset (of 90s indie act Swelling Meg and occasional guest with Swimmer One. Oh, and River City. Co-star in the two man/woman play is Matthew Pigeon, playwright is David Greig, and the songwriter is Gordon Macintyre of ballboy fame.

Anyway, following some very well-reviewed performances, it’s back – playing on various dates in Edinburgh and Glasgow, from October 24th – mid-November.
