Former Xfm DJ Mash is to take over the Friday night slot on the Bauer network of Scottish radio stations (including Clyde, Forth and Northsound).

The DJ – Martyn Henderson to his mum – will present In:Demand Dance, a relative of sorts of Jim Gellatly’s In:Demand Uncut shows on the same network.

He takes over from current presenter Krystle and, we (perhaps incorrectly) assume, will bring a more cutting-edge feel to the slot. Mash has worked as a remixer with the likes of Quinn, My Robot Friend, The Needles and Salon Boris.
