The Shuffle Down Festival has announced the lineup for its third incarnation on May 20th.

Bands both local and from further afield are on a bill including the ‘hotly-tipped’ Pronto Mama, SAY-nomainated soundscaper Adam Stafford, and returning from his current Bristol base, Lonely Tourist.

The all-dayer takes place over two stages – Miracle Glass Company, Mickey 9’s and Have Mercy Las Vegas will join local(ish) acts Fly Jackson, Fairweather & the Elements, Weird Decibels and the excellent Ghostwriter on the main Dobbie Hall stage.

Upstairs, “The Cloud Room” will showcase solo acts during the day and live electronic music into the evening. Lonely Tourist – aka former Odeon BeatClub mand and current member of Plume of Feathers – is joined by Adam Stafford and Robbie Lesiuk (sadly not all at the same time) as well as Alloa act Kieran Fisher in the daytime session. In the evening, acclaimed eleetro act HQFU, the mysteriously masked Kvasir, Circling, Edinburgh’s Earfather and local acid barons (now there’s an image) ARC/WLF. De-fence Records supremo OnTheFly will be joined by Jamie Irwin on the wheels of steel (or, given current trends, silicon).

The day starts at 2pm – more including tickets at www.shuffledown.co.uk. £1 from every ticket sold will be donated to a Larbert based charity Kidney Kids Scotland
