With the gig calendar across Scotland becoming increasingly bare, venues are turning to live streaming shows, while artists doing likewise from their homes and studios – here’s a roundup to stave away the isolated hours…
Promoters Dammit are live streaming their Dammit All To Hell fest on Saturday 21st from 3-9pm with Paper Rifles, Goodbye Blue Monday and Happy Accidents among the acts taking part – watch at www.facebook.com/dammitpresentsgla
Blanck Mass: 21st March, 8pm – Benjamin John Power, live streaming at facebook.com/BlanckMass
Paws: 21st / 22nd March, 4om – band frontman Philip Taylor, live and interactive from 4pm at facebook.com/wehavepaws
The Modern Institute and Lady Neptune, 21st March, 8pm – at facebook.com/events/499747080978762 live from the Glue Factory in Glasgow (in conjunction with Music for the isolated generation, who are planning future similar events).
Glasgow’s Rum Shack are streaming live, daily, at www.facebook.com/therumshackglasgow – 2 live DJ streams Monday to Friday, then live shows Saturday and Sunday.
And on Sunday 22nd at 8pm, Dropkick – well, singer Andrew Taylor – will live stream a set of the band’s songs at www.facebook.com/events/213593829876612
