We Were Promised Jetpacks were the winners in the inaugural DF Concerts Charity Cup last weekend. The band took on and defeated 5-a-side teams representing Two Door Cinema Club, The View, We Were Promised Jetpacks, Kassidy and Hip Parade as well as various Scottish music promoters. The event was a fundraiser for Save The Children’s Japan Emergency Appeal.
