The Scottish Album of the Year competition hots up with a public vote now being open – for one day (May 14) only.
The album with most votes from the public will automatically join the SAY Award shortlist and therefore be up for the main prize of £20,000. In fact, the winner from today’s vote will be guaranteed a minimum cash prize of £1,000 – the sum offered to each of the nine runners up on the shortlist which is unveiled on three days time.
