The Glasgow International Festival of Visual Art, which, has announced a lineup with a bit of an audio element as well. Well, kind of.
Perhaps the most celebrated visiting artist putting on a show is Linder – formerly with Factory Records act Ludus, she is perhaps best known for artwork such as the Buzzcocks ‘Orgasm Addict’ single sleeve.
Also exhibiting in an arts/music crossover style, are Edinburgh act Found, one-time Boy Hairdresser and Primal Scream cover designer Jim Lambie, and ballboy collaborator David Shrigley. And former Test Department mainman Angus Farquhar is, as part of NVA, bringing 50 white bicycles to the city to transport visitors from one venue to another.
