The Doune The Rabbit Hole Festival has announced its headliners, and revealed the location for this years event.
At Cardross Estate, by Port of Menteith near Stirling, from August 22-25, Clinic, Alasdair Roberts & Friends, The Pastels and PAWS will perform over the expanded weekend which will commenceon the Thursday evening which features a a headline set from Orkestra Del Sol, plus Machines In Heaven and Honey & The Herbs.

Friday’s lineup, with Alasdair Roberts as headliner, also includes The John Langan Band, Meursault, Haight Ashbury, Rick Redbeard, Steve Adey, Stanley Brinks, PAWS, Gallon Drunk, Arbouretum, Galoshins, The Cosmic Dead and Buriers.

Saturday’s main stage bill has Clinic and The Pastels joining the previously-announced Monochrome Set, plus Washington Irving, Panda Su, Robyn Hitchcock, Rozi Plain, The Wellgreen, Zun Zun Egui, Bomskare and Stealing Sheep, plus a stage curated by poetry and music collective Neu Reekie which will feature The Sexual Objects and Teen Canteen.

Sunday has headliners in 60s psych-rockers July, plus The Horndog Brass Band, Hidden Masters, Randolph’s Leap, Rachel Sermanni, The Banana Sessions, Jo Mango, Siobhan Wilson, Z’s, Bo Ningen and Three Dimensional Tanx.
There are more acts to be announced as well as, like last year, cinema, family-friendly events and an art trail.

Tickets for the festival are available now from Brown Paper Tickets – full adult weekend camping tickets cost £78, children under 12 go free and day tickets are available. Car sharing is being actively encouraged, with parking fees reduced for those with full vehicles.
