Following the 15th annual Scottish Music Awards / Tartan Clefs, Nordoff-Robbins Music Therapy in Scotland has announced the five acts who will go head-to-head for the ‘Big Apple Award’ – and the chance to play in New York during Scotland Week 2014 next April.
The Holy Ghosts, The LaFontaines, Fatherson, Cairn String Quartet and Garden Of Elks will each perform three songs in front of a judging panel at a free entry gig on Wednesday (December 11th) at Glasgow’s G2 Garage.
The winning act will also play at the Creative Scotland-backed Scottish Music Awards in November 2014.
