Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival has announced its initial lineup for next year’s event, with Amy Macdonald and Frightened Rabbit among the names confirmed so far.
The 15th incarnation of the annual event, taking place at Belladrum from Thursday 2nd – Saturday 4th August, will also see reality TV star Lucy Spraggan, Celtic act Tide Lines, and no-festival-would-be-complete-without party combo Colonel Mustard and the Dijon Five appear on the main stage at Tartan Heart, voted Trip Advisor’s most popular UK festival in 2017.
MacDonald will play the event for the first time since 2010, since when she has taken on world-conquering status, while the Frabbits’s set will be an intimate headline set on the Hothouse (second) stage, performing the whole of their epic album ‘The Midnight Organ Fight.’
Also, BBC Radio 2 / 6music DJ Craig Charles will bring his Funk and Soul Club to the Highlands, plus upcoming Glasgow act The LaFontaines also join the bill, which will this year have a Bollywood theme.
