Admiral Fallow, Stanley Odd and Hamish Hawk are among the acts confirmed for this year’s Solas Festival

The event will take place take place at Errol Park in Perthshire this midsummer weekend, from the 19th to the 21st of June.

Also on the bill are Tinderbox Orchestra, Supa & Da Kryptonites, Brighde Chaimbeul, Iain Morrison, Zoe Graham, Twelfth Day, with more still to be announced.

The three days will also feature literature contributions from Liz Lochhead and Karen Campbell and theatre and discussion from Hannah Lavery.

Also, Edinburgh’s Neu! Reekie will appear at Solas for the first time, founders Michael Pedersen and Kevin Williamson.curating a mix of music and literature from The Just Joans, Kathleen Jamie and Empress.

This year’s event will have the climate as its central theme, he organisers saying: “we will all strive to create a make//shift world over the course of the weekend, using our temporary community to explore the biggest challenge of our times in the Solas tradition – through creativity, participation and relevance to young and old.”
