Glasgow’s King Tut’s will attempt to lighten our way towards spring with its January mini-festival, New Year’s Revolution, taking place for the third year in a row.

Running from January 3 until 17, highlights include Waiting For Go on the opening night, Chemikal Undergound’s electro sensation Miaoux Miaoux on the 6th, and on the the 7th, Kitty The Lion and Campfires in Winter.
On the 10th it’s Honeyblood, while on the 11th, there’s a 4-band bill with Chris Devotion and The Expectations, Poor Things, Black International and Fat Goth.
On the 14th indie veterans The Starlets appear, and the 16th sees Fatherson “and Friends” alongside Michael Cassidy.

There’s a limited £30 Golden Ticket offer which allows entry into every show of the festival, while there’s also a series of ‘satellite’ events planned including hip hop showcase Loosely Speaking.
