Teenage Fanclub and The Waterboys are among the acts planned for a series of six live shows at the refurbished Kelvingrove Bandstand this August.
Magners Summer Nights (not to be confused with the King Tut’s gigs under a very similar banner) are the first live events to run at the bandstand since its £2 million refurbishment and transformation into a state-of-the-art 2500-capacity venue.
There will also be a ‘Magners Village’ in the grounds for the duration of the shows, with a cider garden and street food. Gates will open at 6pm for each night, and tickets go on sale on Friday 9 May at 9am via Ticketmaster.

Thursday 7th August – Steve Earle
Friday 8th – The Waterboys
Saturday 9th – Alison Moyet
