Wide Days is to again offer a bursary scheme allowing musicians and industry workers to attend its annual music industry conference.

Supported by Help Musicians Scotland, 50 reduced cost passes will be available on a first-come-first-served basis, open to anyone not in full-time education.

The reduced cost passes will be available for less than a third of the full price (£25 instead of £99), with an additional allocation of free passes available for those meeting special criteria.

Successful candidates will also be required to attend an induction hosted by Help Musicians at the beginning of the event, which takes place in Edinburgh on APril 20-21..

“We strive for Wide Days to be as accessible as possible, and this partnership with Help Musicians will enable successful recipients experience the event,” said Wide Days director, Michael Lambert.
