Loopallu Festival has announced its lineup for 2014, with Shed 7, Public Service Broadcasting, The Undertones and Model Aeroplanes among the main attractions at the Ullapool-based event.

Remarkably, this year’s 10th anniversary incarnation sold out, before any of the lineup was revealed.

Other acts on the bill include upcoming Scottish indie acts Neon Waltz and Vigo Thieves, local(ish) heroes Hunter and the Bear and Vatersay, and Australian singer-songwriter Kim Churchill.

There’s also an appearance by 6music DJ Mark Radcliffe with his new band The Foes, and in a team-up with Ullapool Book Festival, Literally Literary with appearances by Christopher Brookmyre, Doug Johnstone, Vic Galloway and Aidan Moffat.

Loopallu takes place on the weekend of September 26th – 27th – more at www.loopallu.co.uk
