The most talked about band in Scotland... were Glasvegas, who nudged the Dykeenies into 9th place. Most talked about Scottish band (in the world) were winners The Twilight Sad, edging out other Jockrck (and Pitchfork) faves Frightened Rabbit as well as the equally mighty We Were Promised Jetpacks. 1.
