Looking for someone what is funny and has an interest in music to possibly compere some gigs/ do stand-up during changeovers etc.

I don't know about stand-up but Dr Paul who runs the quizzes can compere. Maybe Sandy Nelson'd be a good bet if he's cheap enough.

i've seen him only at open mic comedy nights as an mc, he's always been the funniest of the night, absolutely suited to going on between bands and keeping the night flowing, much better than say, a PA guys own choice of CD's. never my favourite choice.

Puting this one on hold for a wee while. I was going to do it in Crapitol but since I was barred and (allegedly) assaulted for puting on something other than rock/indie I'll wait a wee while.

I made the allegation and until the authorities follow through on the complaint that was made I was trying to think of a way to say what happened without just saying "the prick went for me".

I am a comedian, quite a good one I think!

I've not been at it for all that long (about eight months,) but I've already been in talks at BBC Scotland, and won a place of their devlopment programme, so have had lots of expert help to be uber-hysterical.

My stuff is more silly than anything else, and I think it would lend itself to comparing. I love having to just riff and improvise; so this would be brilliant.

Ooh, Ive got a gig at the Stand on 26th of June, so you could come and see what you thought for yourself then, or email me, if you like.
